Ageless Grace in our Silver Years
I am Beata Wiggen, long-time yoga enthusiast and, more recently, also a fitness lover because I needed to add strength to my flexibility.
Nearing 70 myself, I want to support you and work together to enjoy being vibrantly alive in our “silver years”!
This can be done in several ways:
(Chair) Yoga50plus

Relax, stretch and awaken your muscles with simple stretches done from the comfort of a chair.
We will sit and work on stretching hips, shoulders, neck and back, but meditate and sing mantras, too.
A type of yoga which is great for seniors, those with limited mobility, and for those who want to maybe learn chair yoga techniques to do in the office.

Retaining muscle mass, good balance, and flexibility add a whole extra positive dimension to our days.

There are enough young and cool yoginis out there bending their beautiful bodies, but we surely want to do yoga in our silver years, too. The same is true for fitness – we want to keep our muscles strong, our joints supple, and our balance intact.
I want to inspire you to “live a vibrant and flexible life of colour and quest” (that’s the motto of my IG feed) even if we’re not that young anymore.
Join me for kriyas (yoga sets) which follow traditional structures and fitness routines made appropriate for our bodies in the 50s, 60s, and 70s-plus …
